Today is Nat and I’s one year anniversary of our Nepali Marriage Ceremony and one of the happiest days of our entire lives. Nepal and the Dang region was one of the first places to ever feel like home to me. Receiving this invitation from the Panthy Family (and in many ways, one that joined our families) was a once in a lifetime opportunity that Nat and I cherish to this day. Thank you Sudha and Govinda for allowing Nat and I to be a part of your family and giving us memories that we will cherish forever - and to the Narayanpur community, the Tharu dancers, and our OWC and TriKa friends who all made this day so incredibly special to look back on. Today I made some Nepali dishes and used our singing bowl as a bell to honor our anniversary - and also honored Alex as a new addition to all of our families!
