Grilled Cheese
I enjoy high quality grilled cheese, I do not mean two lazy slices of soggy bread and two pieces of oft-white cheese microwaved into a mush. No, I'm talking about a gourmet cheese sandwich grilled with the heavy hand of a George Foreman grill and the soft touch of tender, love and care.
I like to add a little pizazz to the classic dish, I do this by adding about four pickles to the sandwich (come at me, bro) I also usually add a few different cheeses to the sandwich (Cheddar, Mozzarella, Munster, and a bit of parm) but, if anyone is ready to stop there than they are making a rookie mistake
Another clever idea is to add a dash or oregano to richen the flavor of the sandwich (don’t forget just a pinch of black pepper), and if one is feeling rather daring they could add a hint of hot sauce (sriracha if you wanna go pro) to the sandwich as well. Finally, I would recommend dipping the sandwich in ranch, bleu cheese or pizza sauce to complete this grand experience.
